At Master MoltyFoam, we are committed to your sleep quality and offer a 7-day return policy on standard mattress sizes if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be in original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Inspection & Approval
Our quality assurance team will schedule a brief home visit or request photos to verify that the foam and fabric remain in pristine, hygienic condition.
- 3.Scheduled Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange for our logistics team to collect the product from your doorstep at a time that fits your schedule.
- 4.Refund Processing
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes final inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
